More than 160 heads came out to represent Sydney’ Sneaker culture, 31 pairs of Zen Grey Yeezys all went to good homes! (Non-ebay style) and there were plenty of booze to go around! Big ups to Nike’s PR Team Sara, Lu, Don Sneaker Freaker’s Woody and Mafia for flying up from Melbourne to celebrate the occasion. Not to mention countless hours of behind the scene hard works to pull this off this launch! MC Trevor Hunter (Nike) was in full affect. Big thanks to BP, Nick Gray, Trisco, Nike’s head of security and all the other EKIN that were present on the night. This send out is almost like Thanks Giving?!

We know the numbers are limited and chances are small, but it was important to come out to celebrate our sneaker culture and make sure the demand exceed the numbers allocated so hopefully we can secure more units in the next Sneaker Launch!
I must say, Yeezys are the most comfortable shoes I have ever set my feet in. Its rare that an old school head like myself would fall in love with a new style like the Air Yeezys and I guarantee its no Hypebeast style!
